If you are not going to be preparing meals, preparing drinks and/or doing live cooking on site and you are bringing food truck or trailer, or you are a non-food vendor then do not check out this item. You will be denied entry if you are not a food vendor or are bringing a food truck or trailer. No exceptions.
All transactions are final. No refunds will be offered.
By purchasing a plot you are agreeing to the following:
You will sign the liability waiver and agreement form(s). Failure to due so will result in denied entry to the event. The aforementioned forms will be sent to the email provided at checkout via DocuSign.
You will add Suhoor Fest LLC as additionally insured for your liability insurance and provide a copy of the Certificate of Insurance to insurance@suhoorfest.com
You must arrive with your equipment and relevant items at least 4 hours prior to the event start time.
The following are requirements from the City of Dallas:
If you are bringing a tent you must ensure that the tent has a certification for flame resistance.
Tents larger than 10ft x 10ft will not be allowed.
Each food and beverage must have current food permits issued by the Department of Code Compliance – Consumer Health.
Invite letter, email, or memo from the event stating vendor is invited to be at event.
